• • Your Pragma System will be manufactured-to-order and customized to your needs, which means full payment is required upon placing your order. We are not able to offer refunds (or returns due to COVID-19 and made to order harness). You will receive and electronic invoice payable by Credit Cards or wire transfer. We are happy to answer any questions you may have prior to your purchase and are confident that your new Pragma System will greatly enhance your quality of life!
  • The delivery time is 6-8 weeks, we are working hard to shorten the delivery time for U.S. and Canada customers which should happen in the next several moths.

  • Rest assured, your Pragma System has a 5-Year Limited Warranty – we stand behind our products and will make sure that you continue to benefit from your system for many years to come. This promise includes repair or replacement if you have any issues with the system with the limited 2- year warranty on the motor and 5-year Warranty on metal parts, all harness parts are warrantied for 5 years as well, rubber/elastomer tubes/bands have no warranty, just like in car’s tires unless defective.
